Missing/Damaged Shipment Procedure

***Transport Security must file claim***

The following information must be provided to Transport Security Inc.

Please send the below required information to orders@transportsecurity.com:

  1. If Damaged (required):
  • Attach 7 photos of each package portraying every angle.
  • Attach 1 photo of shipping label of the damaged package
  • Tracking # for product missing or damaged
  • Product SKUs missing or damaged
  • Description of discrepancy


2. If Missing Package from multi pack shipment:

  • Attach 1 photo of shipping labels that were received
  • Tracking # for product missing or damaged
  • Product SKUs missing or damaged
  • Description of discrepancy


3. If missing package:


TSI will use the information to file the claim to resolve the issue.

  • Transport Security will reach out to the customer with confirmation of claim being filed and next steps.
  • Claims filed typically take 1-3 weeks

Original packaging must be kept until claim is successfully closed

  • Product reshipment will follow claim successful completion


Disclaimer:

  • If information provided does not include sections 1-3, product will be assumed received in good condition and no claim will be submitted.
  • Information for missing or damaged product must be provided within 5 business days of carrier tracked delivery date.
  • If a claim is denied, cost for reshipment will be evaluated on case-by-case basis.
  • If customer files claim through carrier, Transport Security will be unable to assist with the claim and will be unable to refile if denied.
