Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all online orders that are canceled or returned except in cases where we fail to fulfill the shipment within our standard lead time. All other returns must be authorized within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping, admin, miscellaneous charges. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns over 30 days from receipt of shipment. No returns and refunds are acknowledged after a year from shipment date.
Please contact your sales rep or call us at 952-442-5625 or email us at orders@transportsecurity.com to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Mark the outside cartons with the (RMA) return authorization number. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. Customized sale items are classified as a final sale and are not returnable.
